DES 302 - Week 4’s Blog

This week I did some preliminary research and looked for projects in New Zealand that were similar to mine. I found some advantages and disadvantages and made my plan according to them. This week also covered how to write Abstract & positionally statements.

The next step is to create an initial sketch and select some design ideas with high potential from the brainstorming session, such as rain gardens, green roofs, and permeable pavements. Outline each selected idea. These sketches should explain the basic layout, the main features, and the general concept. Refine the sketch based on feedback from colleagues and mentors during informal reviews.

Then I started working on my presentation plan.
